Confortable and familiar

It was really confortable and the people there was so familiar . It was a nice weekend and I recommend it to you if you want to have a nice place to sleep without paying a lot . What’s more , the hotel is from a family and they ara all doing different things in the hotel so you were always with the same people and it made you feel like at home

ASQUEROSO Hemos pasado una noche en el hotel, por suerte no han sido más. Por la mañana no nos dejaron ni dejar las maletas (el check-in es a las 16h). Dicen que tienen parking, pero dijeron que nuestro coche no cabia... En la habitación... ni siquiera llegaba el wifi. Y ya no hablemos de lo sucia que estaba: HABIA PELOS POR TODA LA CAMA Y MANCHAS EN LAS MANTAS, ASQUEROSO. Del baño mejor no hablemos.... toallas con agujeros y no hay gel ni champu. Muy mala gestión por parte de la señora que hay en recepción, que no nos ofreció ninguna alternativa. Horrible. No volveremos nunca más. No merecen ni media estrella.

Nefasto!!!

Experiencia nefasta! Hotel antiguo, nada cuidado, SUCIO, sin medidas higiénicas en tiempos de Covid19. Había pelos de antiguos huéspedes en las sábanas y en el baño. Cuando quisimos reclamar con la persona responsable no había nadie en la recepción, pese a llamar al timbre y esperar largo rato nadie nos atendió. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a las 22h, porque allí no había quien durmiera, y sin poder hacer ni check out. Cuando fuimos expresamente a la mañana siguiente y devolvimos las llaves la responsable nos tachó de mentirosos, aún teniendo fotografías, y alegó en pocas palabras que “qué se esperaba de un hotel barato”, sencillamente alucinante. Marcó muy negativamente nuestra visita a Andorra además de tener que pagar dos hoteles para una misma noche ya que evidentemente nos cobraron la noche. Tendría que darles vergüenza. Si queréis mi consejo, ahorraros la reserva en éste “hotel” que queda muy por debajo del nivel de una pensión/albergue. No merece las estrellas.

Lo esperado por los comentarios previos que habíamos visto. Hotel sencillo, sin servicios de bar-cafeteria por motivos del COVID. Por el precio que tenía, no se puede pedir mucho más. Habitación sencilla, limpieza ok. A 10´ de la zona comercial andando.

La estancia a esto bien, lo único que el hotel está con poco mantenimiento los muebles son uno de cada sitio, le falta un poco de cariño por lo general no está mal para ir a dormir ya que no tiene ningún otro servicio

La mujer de recepción muy amable, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, la cama cómoda, aunque las almohadas deberían de renovarlas. En los baños no había ni gel ni champú, cosa que considero que es necesario y faltaría un poco más de limpieza. Para una noche aceptable.
