We’ve been staying with a group of students for the week, the hotel has been very comfortable and we’ve had a lovely stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner has been plentiful and delicious, especially the pain au chocolat, with lots of choice for fussy eaters. The rooms are large and comfortable. The showers are some of the best in any hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff have been welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you very much.
Here at the moment (we are coach drivers) with a large group of students but organisation is amazing. Coach pick ups & drop offs are booked so that the limited drop off area works well. Meals are staggered so there are never queues despite the immense size of the hotel. Food is great and service impeccable (special thanks to Jesus, Jose and Ivan in the restaurant). Rooms are spotlessly clean (huge thanks to Dolores). Lots of hot water & comfortable beds. Thank you to the whole team! Just don’t stay with Equity Ski because everything else will be a disaster. Beware of coach parking charges too - 40 euros per day or 150 euros for 5 days - this will guarantee you a place in the limited space though. Obviously not connected to the hotel but maybe useful to someone heading this way.
Went with Shearings coaches over Christmas. Hotel ok good location but the food left a lot to be desired. Buffet style restaurant. Most of food over cooked meat like leather. Seemed to be same choice every night except for Christmas day and the Turkey dinner was very good and the staff worked really hard..
After a 2 days coach drive from England, we arrived at Panorama Hotel. We were given a room that was not suitable as my husband has vertigo, I spoke to reception and we were quickly given a different room which suited our requirements , walk in shower, close to the lift. The hotel was lovely, swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 10 th floor. The staff were very helpful. The food was ok, the chef cooked his first ever turkey for us Christmas Day, to which he got a round of applause. They did need another person behind the bar as it was busy after our meal. I would recommend the hotel, it's a 5 minute walk into the town and the scenery around is spectacular
Great location nice hotel.nice room food average.came here on a coach tour for Christmas from uk.long drive, great trip around surrounding area.fantastic scenery.hotel in main Andorra is Bella so just a short walk
The hotel is good The staff where friendly and very helpfull they give us one of the best parking place I ever had The breakfast is one of the best we had and over all it is a perfect place to stay and every thing is clean and bright
The hotel is a couple of doors away from the local police station on a very busy main road. Rooms have no balcony, which I found disappointing, although no hotels seemed to. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and furnished. My bathroom had a hair dryer that did not work. There was an alcohol free mini bar in the room and a flat screen CTV which you could only watch the news on in English. I stayed on a Shearings holiday there on a half board basis with and included evening drinks package. Problem was there was only ever 1 barman serving the drinks. There was plenty of food to choose from, although nothing was ever served hot.
We've stayed in Panorama Hotel for one night at the end of August. We booked a room + Caldea Spa package and upgraded to a room with view. The room was very clean, bright & quite spacious. Breakfast was ok , nothing more, nothing less. The parking is expensive (15 Euros per night) and very tight but we were told that if anyone needs help with parking they have a person who can park the car. Email contact with reception prior to our arrival was very smooth, they were helpful and answered all our questions.
Generally found the hotel very pleasant to stay at but there are things that make me hesitant to overly recommend it. Found the various levels confusing as the hotel was built into the hills. Location - fantastic. Within 5 mins walk of the Tourist office and main shopping streets of the city centre. Very quiet Rooms - very spacious and light. Good quality furniture and tidy bathroom. Did not have air con however so really suffered during the hot weeks in the summer. Small (warmish)) fridge in room . No tea and coffee making facilities. Dining - Groups were catered for in a separate area. Buffet was fabulous. A generous and tasty range of food. Staff pleasant and helpful. The room could however do a with a makeover. General restaurant and bar on ground floor. (did not use). Common Facilities - There was a good size pool and Jacuzzi on the top floor with an open veranda. The pool area was clean but the veranda looked unloved and could have done with some soft touches. There was a games room on the ground floor which had a good range of games. The lobby was spacious and well maintained with soft seating. Apart from the lobby and veranda there was not really any quiet areas to chill out.
Just back from a lovely holiday with Shearings to Andorra. Hotel was in a great position, bedrooms were lovely, very clean and very specious. We were in room 401 which was very good overlooking the city. The staff were efficient and friendly. We only had a couple of complaints, the first being the evening meals which were spoilt by the fact that the food was hardly warm!!! The second complaint was the 200 children, French and Spanish who were staying in the hotel and on a couple of nights were very noisy in the early hours of the morning. We found out that from the beginning of July to the end of August every week there are school parties in the hotel. Apart from that it was a very nice holiday but didn't realise how long it would take to get there especially as the overnight hotel was in the north of Paris and it took 2 hours on the Monday morning to get out of Paris. Our drivers Neil & Paul were brilliant, they were full of fun and very safe careful drivers. All in all a very nice holiday, Andorra is a lovely place and the scenery was stunning
