Stayed here for three nights on a coach tour. Hotel was clean and tidy with good access to the old town and the new town, views were terrific. Other than the young lady at reception the remaining staff showed little enthusiasm for working at the hotel. Food was very good and well presented, unfortunately it was never hot enough, even the coffee was at times cold.
They Hotel is in a good position for the shopping. Arriving by car could result a little bit difficult. Garage is very narrow. Staff is helpful and breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are ok, a lot of space but pretty old and dark. Wifi sufficient
From outside the hotel looks very impressive & the staff were v friendly but when we got to our room it was very dark. The window faced into another bedroom, so you could not open the curtains. There were lamps/lights but no brighter than a candle. The room was compact & basic. Although staff were lovely, having a room so dark made this hotel less enjoyable for me.
Second time at this hotel, after the Andorra Park Hotel prices went crazily high, especially now that we're a family of 4 (2 adults, a 5 year old and a baby). Pros: Excellent location, right at the centre of the shopping area of Andorra la Vella, with lots of of restaurants and stores to choose. Rooms are large, well kept and comfortable. If you can, ask for a river facing room, as the views are excellent.. Restaurant service (we only had breakfast) is good, average choices but enough, and there's an omelette station. Cons: there's an indoor parking (a bit pricy but necessary, as there are not many parking facilities nearby) but the places are ridiculously narrow, often two of them occupied by just one car, and the hotel staff do not seem to care about it. They could rearrange them but then less cars would fit, which means less money. If not for the parking issues, we'd have given it a rating of 5.
Very nice hotel comfortable bed, always hot water, very clean. I have chosen this hotel beacause of vegan and vegetarian food. In fact the food was quite good in buffet, the only problem was with distinguish wege and no wege food. They mixed all up and I have found few times a sausage in good looking risotto or be on in mushrooms. Surprise.
Everything is fine except internet nothing simply work:) food was good I like it the new year show was awesome they even had a free bar at this night . And spa cost 5.50euro per use I think it's expensive and they shouldn't really make visitors to pay because we already paid a lot of money for they night .
This was an impromptu trip decided at the very last moment: car packed with the essential, left from Salou in the morning and booked on the way. The location is perfect: central, near Salvador Dalì's sculpture "Nobility of Time". Shops, restaurants and the old city are within walking distance. The staff was simply amazing. The room very spacious: our toddler daughter was joyfully using the window balcony corner as hiding place. Parking in site is available and very convenient. Breakfast is included and it's VERY RICH! They have a very nice restaurant, a few amenities shops, a small but we'll packed gym and a nice playroom area. It is a 4 stars, however I could not find any reason why it shouldn't be 5. Go for it without hesitation: you won't be disappointed. After all... It's MAGIC
Hotel was a little cheaper than I pay but my company put me up here. It very simple with no added extras or luxury. However it's clean and tidy so I can't fault for the price. Parking is next to hotel and safe and secure multi store with barrier access. It's very tight so would recommend small to medium sized cars and plan ahead when you park in a bay. Some are hard to get out of once in.
Next to the river that flows in the center of the city, with pleasant views to the surrounding mountains, just in the center of the shopping district, this hotel is very well located. The rooms were big and clean, breakfast and dinner had been of average quality.
We have been for one night and we were kindly attended. The hotel has got a fantastic location but going by car, without navigator assistant, were not very easy. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The dinner and breakfast were not very wide and diverse but it is not difficult to find something good. We were very lucky parking in the street paying few euros comparing with any parking lot ( but we had to pay each 2.5 hours during the evening, at night is free).
