The Magic is a great place to spend a quiet week skiing. Its right next the Gondolla and has access to the small town of La Massana. If you want mad nighlife go to Arnisal. The Irish bar was enough for us in the hotel, the San Miguel was cold and a plenty. Thank you to the staff, all in a great wee spot.

We stayed in this hotel during the half term week in February. We were told this would make it the busiest week of the year. We found that the hotel coped very well with this: the children were quiet, in the main, the restaurant always had free spaces and the food was fresh and plentiful. The piste was a little busy at times but not so it ruined a good days skiing. The mountain cafes were plentiful and varied. The lifts had very short queues meaning more ski time! The resort has plentiful restaurants and bars with a great atmosphere. However, these bars closed in the early hours of the morning with noisy patrons shouting and singing outside the hotel windows ( we were on the third floor!), till 4am on Friday night/Saturday morning! On the whole it was a fab holiday and I would recommend it to anyone who is a heavy sleeper.

Magic is in a great location. We arrived by car and found it very easily. Private secure off-road car parking was great albeit it was 18€ per day. The hotel had a very popular buffet restaurant. We tried it for both lunch and dinner and found the food to be very good quality and a lot better value for money than the high street eateries. The room we had was very big. Make sure if you want a 'double' room you insist on a 'double' bed as we did book one but they initially have us a room with twin beds pushed together. Very clean and comfortable with extra bedding. All the staff we really friendly and did everything they could to improve our stay. The hotel bar drinks were excellent value for money. Don't pay the high street prices - drink in the hotel! We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Andorra.

Liked the hotel for it's location at heart of Andorra La Villa with close proximity to shops and restaurants. Hotel rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable despite furniture is outdated. Staff at the hotel reception are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is moderate. One draw back is the internet wifi service is very poor.

Stayed here for three nights on a coach tour. Hotel was clean and tidy with good access to the old town and the new town, views were terrific. Other than the young lady at reception the remaining staff showed little enthusiasm for working at the hotel. Food was very good and well presented, unfortunately it was never hot enough, even the coffee was at times cold.

They Hotel is in a good position for the shopping. Arriving by car could result a little bit difficult. Garage is very narrow. Staff is helpful and breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are ok, a lot of space but pretty old and dark. Wifi sufficient

From outside the hotel looks very impressive & the staff were v friendly but when we got to our room it was very dark. The window faced into another bedroom, so you could not open the curtains. There were lamps/lights but no brighter than a candle. The room was compact & basic. Although staff were lovely, having a room so dark made this hotel less enjoyable for me.

Second time at this hotel, after the Andorra Park Hotel prices went crazily high, especially now that we're a family of 4 (2 adults, a 5 year old and a baby). Pros: Excellent location, right at the centre of the shopping area of Andorra la Vella, with lots of of restaurants and stores to choose. Rooms are large, well kept and comfortable. If you can, ask for a river facing room, as the views are excellent.. Restaurant service (we only had breakfast) is good, average choices but enough, and there's an omelette station. Cons: there's an indoor parking (a bit pricy but necessary, as there are not many parking facilities nearby) but the places are ridiculously narrow, often two of them occupied by just one car, and the hotel staff do not seem to care about it. They could rearrange them but then less cars would fit, which means less money. If not for the parking issues, we'd have given it a rating of 5.

Very nice hotel comfortable bed, always hot water, very clean. I have chosen this hotel beacause of vegan and vegetarian food. In fact the food was quite good in buffet, the only problem was with distinguish wege and no wege food. They mixed all up and I have found few times a sausage in good looking risotto or be on in mushrooms. Surprise.

Everything is fine except internet nothing simply work:) food was good I like it the new year show was awesome they even had a free bar at this night . And spa cost 5.50euro per use I think it's expensive and they shouldn't really make visitors to pay because we already paid a lot of money for they night .
