Excellent hotel in a very central location. Excellent rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A nice touch to leave a bottle of water each in the room
Small room but with everything needed for a confortable stay, with nice bathroom and good storage. There's a mini fridge in the room. Simple but good breakfast and for dinner a japanese restaurant is one door up the street. The location is the best you can have in Andorra, just a few meters from the "main" street and his stores. And in EXE hotel, the price is very good! If you travel by motorcycle, across the street, there's free parking space. My only not so good comment is the bed... For my personal taste it wasn't very confortable, with excessive soft mattress. Excelent option to stay in Andorra.
Stayed one night on a solo trip. Great location near central shopping area. Friendly hotel staff. They serve complementary chicken soup all day which is cool! Room is clean and functional but quite small. Free wifi works well. Very economical rate!
really friendly staff welcome you in this hotel which appeals to people because of its situation near the center of shopping town and carparks .The rooms are very small but extremely well appointed with everything you really need for a night or two. Including breakfast, half french, half catalan is a good idea .It gets a bit hot because the air conditioner did not seem to work but then you put up with it when they are prepared to drop the price from a 4 stars rate to a "what they are really worth" rate ...
Stayed there for 2 nights and the only good things were location and breakfast.I would say the hotel is 2* this place is screaming for a full refurbishment .Look at the attached pics.If you want to have a day light in the room make sure you book a room with a view. There are better places in Andorra to stay so avoid unless not desperate for a room
We visited Andorra for Cirque du Soleil and stayed here for one night. Fantastic location, just an easy ten minute walk from the venue. The hotel is clean and modern, we'll managed, and everything (WiFi, TV, aircon etc) worked as it should. As requested, we were given a room with a bath, not just a shower. Check-in was efficient and courteous and it was good to have complimentary coffee available in the foyer. Car parking is available in a public space a stone's throw up the hill (car park Feiner) at reasonable rates - we paid just €6.35 from 7.00pm to 11.00am. The bed was huge and comfy, and we enjoyed the wide offering at breakfast, including Spanish wines and champagne if you wanted. We would definitely book to stay here again.
Stayed at this very central hotel, the staff go out of there way to make sure that you are comfortable. The staff also speak English which is a bonus I would not hesitate to stay they again. The breakfast was also included which was great as shops don't open till around 10.00am
This hotel is a true bargain in the middle of Andorra. The price was only 60 Euro for one night with breakfast included. I stayed for two nights and could have stayed longer. The owners maintain their hotel well and provide a plentiful breakfast.
This hotel has a great location and the staff is very nice with their guests – they answer all questions (even the silly ones) with a smile on their faces. The rooms are very comfortable with very wide beds but some people might not like to have the sink in the room. Don’t miss the breakfast; for the price one pays is really worth it. As I profited a promotion I got the impression that the price for a four star is very reasonable. Enjoy your stay in Andorra!
When I arrived at the hotel, I received a room with no heating (in the middle of the winter!). I asked for another room, and I got another one, with the same problem. I went to reception and demanded a solution to the problem, but they said the hotel is full and they do not have a person to fix the issue. So I had to sleep in cold. The hotel looks good on the outside and it is well situated, however the rooms are old, no recent refurbishment. Minimum amenities - you will have plastic glasses in the room and an empty minibar. Beware that the hotel has no parking and you will have to pay approximately 15€ per day for parking nearby.
