Stayed here for a weekend in Andorra. Upon checking in, staff were friendly, helpful and the entire process organised really quickly. Parking is available under the hotel if you need it and you can stop outside the door to unload if you need to. Upon entering our room, it felt like we had been given an upgrade as there was a lobby, bathroom with two showers, living room with sofa and bedroom of the normal hotel sort of size - bigger than any flat I've ever lived in! Yes, the decor and furnishing is showing a little sign of wear but judging from the photos, they are slowly renovating the rooms. The fridge contained two welcome bottles of water and cartons of juice and the lack of kettle was more than made up for by the free nespresso machine in the lobby. Room was cleaned each day and the tv, hairdryer and safe were all we needed to enjoy a great weekend! Remember this is in Escaldes-engordany and not Andorra La Vella - pick up a map from the tourist office there and it won't be on it no matter how much you think urban sprawl has wiped out any divide between the towns! Print directions off the web beforehand.
We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are big and the price is very reasonable. The condition of the rooms is avarege..not more. The breakfast is good and the location is very good very central. The parking is not good for big vans..i had to park in public parking in very near place..
We have booked here two nights, but it has looked in the internet nicer than it is. Rooms are big, but the furnishment is not in the best condition. Little fridge but no bathrobe, slippers or water cattle available. Garage is directly under the hotel and connected with the elevator to the rooms. Location is OK, near to the main street. Hotel Restaurant opens not before May. Breakfast OK until 10:30. Wifi was weak and not stabil. We had two bathrooms equipped with toilets and shower or bath tube. Andorra la Vella is not very interesting if you do not want to shop Perfums or Expensive drinks. It is not worth to stay 2 nights. And if you come at this time, don´t forget warm clothes. We arrived from the sea (taking sun bathes) and had to drive through a winter country with snow around us. "Cosy" temperature around freezing point.
We stayed there for a night last week and must admit that we enjoyed this place. Good location, free wifi and buffet breakfast choice was great. Clean and cozy hotel. Can’t really complain bearing in mind the price we paid.
We ended up there because our favourite resturant was fully booked. Hotel Prisma have a restaurant because of the hotel but they do not seem to be eager to run a proper restaurant. Very limited menu, very average meal, they do not serve green tea ! Reasonably priced but disappointing dinner.
The family bed rooms are a very good size however the mattress wasn't very comfortable and you only got one pillow but the bathrooms were very clean and the staff were very nice and helped us find our way around
Soon we arrived in Andorra we had quite difficult to find the Hotel. The address is little confusing for the our sat. The hotel is clean and staff is efficient. What impress us was the size of the rooms. A lot storage place. Just needed a kettle.
This is a very good mid-range hotel. I stayed there with my three kids, just a one night stop over on the way to Barcelona, Spain. Located in the very centre of the new town, the hotel has large, stylishly furnished rooms and an excellent breakfast for only 6.50 Euros (the scrambled eggs were wonderful). The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English (and some speak French too). My only qualm with the place itself was that the shower in the main bathroom (yes, two bathrooms in the family room, amazing, really) only had a half bath length screen and a poor waterproof seal on the bottom. This combined with the very high water pressure led to a very quickly flooded bathroom. They helped me out with a bucket and mop (not enough staff on duty I think) so it was solved, but I could see evidence on the bottom of the bathroom doorframe that this has clearly happened many times before (paint peeled off, rotting door frame). Also they had run out of free parking so I had to pay 9.50Euros for overnight parking 200m away. Like I say, these things are not the end of the world, it is a good hotel at a good price, I hope they take note of the shower situation and in future make sure there is parking for all guests.
Booked on the web as part of a Cirque package, the Exe Prisma was picked almost at random but how lucky we were! There was a problem with our Cirque tickets but the hotel dest staff went out of their way to make sure we got to see the show. The location is close to the main shopping street and the old quarter so not far to walk in any direction. The room is basic but comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. The hotel carpark is small and limited but that is the only drawback, recommend booking this in advance too.
Very big room with nice facilities, two bathroom and extra room which we used for our bags. Food is really nice as well, a lot of options in the dinner menu (as we had half board) and very cozy breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful . The only negative thing is that there is a lack of parking space.
