We booked an offer on the Internet and when we arrived the person at the reception didn’t know anything about that, so there is obviously a lack of communication. The positive point was that we got a massive room because it was the only one available at that time. So we paid a little amount of money for a biiiiig room. The standard was normal, nothing special. The staff was not especially nice. Just normal. Would go there again if we found another offer, otherwise I’m sure there are better options within their price range. All in all it was okay.
Upon check in we were informed that the carpark was full and had to park at nearby public carparks.it was "glorified"by two rude and unhelpfull staffs which one evrn.said arrogantly....Nothing.in.Andorra is free while the other kept fiddling with her cellphone. The hotel is Dated like something out of the 80s,the mattresses were old and uneven.thus resulting in.backaches, the mini fridge was noisy and amenities were dismal. Upon checkout they wanted to charge us for a bev.we.didnt even.order nor even dined in the hotels restaurant. Being in the hospitality industry myself.i feel that the attitude of the staffs(front desk)is inexcussable.Outwardly rude, and saw one of them arguing with another guest the next day. It doesnt deserve the 4* rating it claims to be. I do hope the management can hv a closer looks at its problems. I will never return to this property again.
For the price they charge you, they should offer much better services and infrastructure. The parking lot cost $17 per day and it is a joke. It is so small and bad bukit thar if you don't be very carefully driving inside it, you certainly will damage your car. The WIFI never works. If you need to access internet, don't even think to be there
We´ve really enjoyed this hotel! The rooms are super big, warm and cozy and the staff is really nice, going that extra mile to help you! Good location, private parking, great breakfast! Highly recommended!
First time in Andorra and we are pleased with our accommodation. The hotel is one block from downdown/shopping centers and all major attractions. The property being renovated with a modern design, well illuminate, comfortable beds, in room safe, nice size closet, dryer and small refrigerator. Breakfast is served at the basement floor for 6.50 Euros, ample variety and high quality, in a clean well design environment. Parking is available at discount fee, opposite side of the hotel. You will need to make a deposit of 30 Euros as a hold for the parking access key. The staff is absolutely professional, courteous and ready to make your stay pleasant and lovely. I highly recommend It! We will be back for a longer stay!
I really didn't like this hotel. From check-in, which I thought was unorganized, to the state of the rooms it was disappointing. We had 2 rooms (#308 and #509). 308 was large enough, having a separate room with a bunkbed and a bathroom, but the lack of thought and care that went into the decoration of the room was a big disappointment. Same goes for #509: large enough (just a triple room) but soulless. I also found the hotel very noisy, both from the inside and outside. The hotel was full of families, some with rather unruly kids, and we heard it all. The breakfast would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact the space for buffet setup was so cramped that it made it very difficult to get to anything with the amount of people that were competing for space. I would not stay here again. There are tons of hotels and I would look elsewhere.
Stayed 2 nights. Very large clean rooms, large comfortable bed and VG bathroom. VG breakfast included in rate. Has a lift and parking available at 20 euros underground. Very tight access to carpark if you don't have a small car. Carparks available throughout the town for 26 euros a day(not undercover)
Stayed here for a weekend in Andorra. Upon checking in, staff were friendly, helpful and the entire process organised really quickly. Parking is available under the hotel if you need it and you can stop outside the door to unload if you need to. Upon entering our room, it felt like we had been given an upgrade as there was a lobby, bathroom with two showers, living room with sofa and bedroom of the normal hotel sort of size - bigger than any flat I've ever lived in! Yes, the decor and furnishing is showing a little sign of wear but judging from the photos, they are slowly renovating the rooms. The fridge contained two welcome bottles of water and cartons of juice and the lack of kettle was more than made up for by the free nespresso machine in the lobby. Room was cleaned each day and the tv, hairdryer and safe were all we needed to enjoy a great weekend! Remember this is in Escaldes-engordany and not Andorra La Vella - pick up a map from the tourist office there and it won't be on it no matter how much you think urban sprawl has wiped out any divide between the towns! Print directions off the web beforehand.
We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are big and the price is very reasonable. The condition of the rooms is avarege..not more. The breakfast is good and the location is very good very central. The parking is not good for big vans..i had to park in public parking in very near place..
We have booked here two nights, but it has looked in the internet nicer than it is. Rooms are big, but the furnishment is not in the best condition. Little fridge but no bathrobe, slippers or water cattle available. Garage is directly under the hotel and connected with the elevator to the rooms. Location is OK, near to the main street. Hotel Restaurant opens not before May. Breakfast OK until 10:30. Wifi was weak and not stabil. We had two bathrooms equipped with toilets and shower or bath tube. Andorra la Vella is not very interesting if you do not want to shop Perfums or Expensive drinks. It is not worth to stay 2 nights. And if you come at this time, don´t forget warm clothes. We arrived from the sea (taking sun bathes) and had to drive through a winter country with snow around us. "Cosy" temperature around freezing point.
