Whether you are on vacation or on a work related trip, our carefully furnished unit will provide you rest, comfort and functionality. Join our health professionals, college students, and work specialists visiting town for work assignments and studies. Be close to Downtown Anderson, and Greenville and Clemson cities. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations are only 3 minutes away. The 2 hospitals are only 4-7 mins drive.
Our guests will have plenty of space: There are two rooms with the right decor and ambiance, plus our comfortable single size sofa for extra accommodation. Two full bathrooms will make easier to get ready for the day. A balcony is also available to drink your favorite drink or enjoy a good book.

Solid property priced as a hotel room

This property served us well, being only five minutes from the Anderson University campus. The unit is an apartment in a multi-unit building, but that was not an issue. The unit could stand some minor cosmetic updates, but it is a great value for the price. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable! Victor was very responsive to our communications. I'd stay here again.
