An additional patio area is located off the master suite. This home is approximately 1200 sq ft with an attached garage and located only minutes from Portman Marina which offers lakeside dining. Green Pond landing is about 3 miles away. Approximately 15 minutes away from Anderson and downtown Greenville is 25 minutes away. Perfect for game day rentals! Clemson University is less than 10 minutes.

Christmas Celebration

This is our second time staying at this location and it works out perfect for a party of six!The home was located in a perfect area. A short distance to restaurants and shopping. One suggestion would be to place a full length mirror somewhere in the home. That would be awesome for ladies who are getting dressed up to go out to be able to see their complete outfit in a full length mirror! And that’s a suggestion not a complaint! We enjoyed our stay!
