La piste cyclable est à 200m et 3 vélos sont à votre disposition.
Vous disposez d'une Grande terrasse bien exposée au sud/ouest et abritée donnant sur la piscine avec barbecue et plancha. Le tout dans un jardin bien paysagé et clôturé de 500m2.
Portail électrique et 2 places de parking à l'intérieur.
La maison comprend 3 chambres à lit double, dont 1 plus grande de 20m2 avec climatisation et 1 espace bureau.
1 salle de d'eau et 1 wc séparé.
Les lits seront faits.
Les serviettes de bain et torchons sont fournis.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 1 cellier et donne sur le salon/séjour de 31m2 pouvant accueillir 8 personnes à table.
