This home is the top level of a duplex equipped with all of your needs for a summer or winter stay. In this coveted and quiet neighborhood in Midtown you will be in the U-med district, across from the hospital, walking distance to a Taco Bell 🤘🏼as well as Campbell Creek Trail.
The space
This home has a large kitchen and living room with a huge master bedroom with a king bed, an attached master bath, along with a guest bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom across the hall. It is also equipped with a washer and dryer, a reverse osmosis water filter, the worlds coziest couch and brand new toilets and shower heads. You will have an organic coffee and tea selection and Keurig, basic spices and other needs for cooking but if anything is missing or you forgot to pack your toothbrush, your hosts are a quick text away, and your toothbrush will be hand delivered (our small family occupies the unit below). Please keep in mind that this is a duplex and some noise may transfer between units.
We take pride in keeping this space comfortable and squeaky clean for your arrival while using the best disinfecting and non toxic products on the market.

Perfect stay & GREAT HOST
Everything was clean and ready, zero complaints. But I left a emergency medication behind and the host Tyler, at 11:30 at night, contacted me and hand walked it to me!!! Thx form a vet needing his meds!
