I love the Alyeska Hotel, the amazing views and pretty grounds. I have stayed there several times over the years and will again. The rooms we stayed in on our most recent visit are beginning to look a bit shabby however. I feel that room costs to

Beautiful full service property in a stunning setting. The tram ride is over priced. I had to wait until 4PM for my room check-in, which is totally unacceptable. .

The property had hiking trails around it. The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations!

Beautiful grounds. If weather permits, eat outside at the pond cafe. Breakfast buffet is mediocre but eggs Benedict was delicious.

Everything was beautiful! Property was very well maintained and we only wish we where there longer

Missed our connection, would not allow cancellation, lost our money.

Good location and nice views. The fitness center was not air-conditioned and right next to the sauna and heated pool...could not use the fitness center as a result for any of the 4 days we were there.

Gorgeous views, excellent customer service, great restaurants.

Liked everything but no microwave available for guests.

The pool with a hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed the amenity especially because it was open from 6am to midnight. It is located is a beautiful setting. The tram to the top of the Seven Glaciers was great especially because we could hike up to the top due to the snow. The only disappointment was that the room was dusty. Commonly used spaces were fine. I noticed that the space behind the phone as well as all the top of the switch plates were very dusty.

loved the location, most of the staff did not know where everything was at the resort

Beautiful, clean, well organized the room was spacious with a great view of the mountain. Room darkening curtains helped with the extended daylight. Great hiking trail just outside the hotel.

the property was beautiful for the time of year. was very dissapointed that the tram was not in service and only one restaurant open

Staff were all friendly, helpful, and offered great suggestions of things to see and do for a lone tourist.
