Each of the Colony Suites has dedicated parking for your use while you stay. While on the property, feel free to explore Palmer by foot as well!

I loved my stay in Unit #9. It is so clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. The location is great too within a short walking distance to downtown Palmer. I will definitely recommend Colony Suites and look forward to staying here again! Skip the motels. We really enjoyed our stay here at Colony Suites! It is a very cute, exceptionally clean and well maintained property with many thoughtful details for your stay. I especially enjoy the shower in this rental. It is closely located and handy to everything in the downtown area of Palmer, and yet it provided a very quiet stay. The owner was quick to reply with booking, email messages and overall communication was excellent. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again and I would highly recommend it as a great vacation rental in the Palmer area.
