Decent place to stay
First a couple of comments. The house backs up onto Lake Otis Drive, which is a busy road, so there is lots of traffic noise. Also, the house is a split level. The top floor serves as the rental and the family lives in the lower level (behind a door to the lower half).
Many VRBO rentals are destinations in themselves. This is not one of them. It is simply a decent place to stay as you explore Anchorage.
