The master bedroom (king bed and a 55" Samsung The Frame smart TV), huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and full bathroom are downstairs. There is another entrance that opens to a large backyard. Outdoor area features a fire pit with views and a picnic table.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for peaceful stays. Maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests with parking for 2 vehicles. No parties, events, wedding activities, gatherings, or commercial photography/filming. As is common in Anchorage, bears and moose are occasionally seen in the area. Please do not clean fish or game on the property, leave food or garbage outdoors, or remove household items (linens, cookware, furniture, etc.) from the home.

**WINTER ACCESS: Alaska winter conditions can change quickly. Our hillside driveway is professionally plowed as needed, but snow and ice may remain between storms. AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter, and 4WD may be necessary during periods of heavy snow or icy conditions.
