The Space:

Perched as the penthouse of a boutique condo building, this fully remodeled residence offers a rare blend of privacy, design, and views—one of Anchorage’s best kept secrets. Designed for both families and business travelers, this top-floor retreat delivers an elevated stay with a refined modern Nordic luxury aesthetic.

Guest Access:

There will be a lockbox to the right of the front door by the mailbox. Code will be provided before check-in where you will get your keys to the unit. Park in front of the unit on the street.

This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building so there are some stairs to get to the front door of the 3rd unit. Once at the door there are another 13-15 steps to get to the living room/main living area. There are a few steps leading up the master bedroom as well as steps to go downstairs to the other bedroom. Please expect steps and carrying luggage up/down.

Bootleggers cove is one of Anchorages most sought after and prestigious neighborhoods for access to downtown dining, shopping, along with incredible sunsets and ocean views. And best part is you can walk or a few minute Uber ride to almost all the fine dining and shopping!



Getting Around:

Getting around Anchorage from this home is easy and convenient. The property is located in a quiet, established neighborhood with quick access to major roads, making it simple to reach downtown Anchorage, the airport, hospitals, shopping, and local attractions.



Most guests choose to rent a car, which is highly recommended for flexibility—especially for exploring trails, scenic drives, and areas outside the city center. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and taxis are also an option.

This is street parking in front of the condo is free (ignore the permit signs) Do not park in the Elderberry Park parking lot or on Meters without paying.



We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. The condo was centrally located for traveling to all the local area must see opportunities. Plus it is just a short walk many great restaurants. There are a lot of steps to the top floor but its worth it when you enter the condo. The views are fabulous and the condo is very nicely appointed. We loved our trip and would recommend staying here to whomever is looking for a great stay in Anchorage.

The Crow’s Nest Condo provided an excellent spot for our family to enjoy Anchorage and the surrounding area. The condo was fully stocked and immaculate. The listing doesn’t do the location justice as it’s close to a great park and bike/walking trails and downtown. The views were incredible and we even saw a rainbow over the water. We highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again.
