We stayed here in 9/12. My party came down for breakfast at 9 am(breakfast ends at 10) we noticed that the waffle batter was out so we informed the employee. The employee pretty much told us that she didn’t want to make more waffle batter because there was an hour left of breakfast and it wasn’t worth the effort. Other guests ask for batter as well and she said the same thing. Then she bring us some burned scones and cookies and says “I know it’s not a waffle but here are some pasties, you can just call it a waffle” I would not stay here again

I appreciate the updated decor. The restaurant menu, the room cleanliness and the addition of an elevator. The server at dinner was "interesting" but the food excellent. Do not remember servers name.

The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful view. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. It provides breakfast with a variety of options, and plenty of food. The hotel has a lobby were you can relax and take a cup of coffee/tea if you don't want to stay in your room.

Gorgeous view of the lake from some rooms and the restaurant. Our ground floor rooms were right on the parking lot with cars a few feet from our windows and the not peaceful noise that comes with that. The staff was not very helpful. The pullout beds did not have sheets on them and when I pointed this out they were annoyed and I had to put the sheets on myself. The pullouts had crumbs all over them. Breakfast is almost all packaged food. When I asked for a dinner reservation at the restaurant the front desk told me to call myself and at the restaurant there was no priority for those staying there. It was good food with a beautiful view but staff was not welcoming.

Stay was for my 10 year old grandson & me. Was a delightful place. Not any activities for him but we explored the beautiful lake. Watched sea float planes & helicopters landing. Friendly staff & helpful. Restaurant was delicious.
