Our Anchorage stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the location to Anchorage was perfect and after a long day it was great to climb in the hot tub. Very relaxing, good atmosphere.

South Anchorage Townhouse

We had a great stay. The fenced yard for dogs and hot tub were a plus. Plenty of room for a large family or group. Conveniently located to the airport, shopping, parks, etc.

Really nice place!

We had a great stay at this townhome. The property was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located and Greg was easy to communicate with. The hot tub is a great bonus as well!

Great house great neighborhood

The house was ideally located next to Seward Highway. Great restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and well-appointed and the hot tub was perfectly maintained. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Anchorage

Great Get Away!

My children enjoyed the peacefulness and hot tub. Was very spacious and overall nice place to unwind and be with family. Not far from a playground for the children.

Home location was in a quiet neighborhood and just minutes from our friends in south Anchorage. House had everything we needed coming off a 7 night cruise from Vancouver. Kitchen equipped for us to cook our own meals once again. Much needed laundry machines. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Work trip

This was perfect for our work trip! It was a great location...just two minutes from South restaurant and a quick 15/20 minute drive to our work location! The hot tub was a nice relaxing addition! Our hosts were awesome! Thanks Greg and Jessica!

Great spot

We lived in this property for 40 days during our transfer to Anchorage. Very comfortable for a family of 5. The property has everything you need, plus off street parking for three vehicles and of course the hot tub. The hosts are great communicators and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat. 10/10!

Amazing Stay

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The hosue was exactly as advertised. Clean and well appointed. The host was resonsive and very helpfull. Having the BBQ grill and hot tub was an amazing combination that i definaloty reccomend. 10/10

Wonderful Home

Southside Serenity was a wonderful home! They provided so many additional comforts. We sincerely appreciated all of the small details from the cute hot tub slippers to a fully stocked pantry full of kitchen amenities. Our family had a wonderful time in Anchorage and an amazing stay at Southside Serenity. Thank you!

Home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay for nine days. Communication with Greg was easy and thorough. There were some internet issues that Greg got on top of until it was repaired. Greg was able to find a stroller for us to use during our stay and that was very helpful with our toddler. I put in a last minute request for late check-out and the host was very accommodating. The house was large enough to give each of us our own space and is well stocked to feel at home away from home. Would definitely recommend as this is a quiet and safe location.

Way better than expected! The photos don’t do it justice!

Everything from start to finish was amazing! The check in process is seamless and simple. It’s close to shopping and food. The host went above and beyond. They left us a play pen, high chair for my son and a stroller. It was the first time we had a holiday since COVID and I have two small children. We stayed here with my husband’s brother and his family and the space was perfect for us. The beds were actually comfortable which have not always been an experience of mine with VBRO. There were detailed instructions for everything thing in the house which makes taking care of the property when you are there so much easier. The neighbours were absolutely lovely. I will rent here every time we are in anchorage.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood

This home was great - plenty of space, full bathroom upstairs and downstairs, great hot tub, and host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend - and remember to turn the hot tub up when you arrive!
