Lost Anchor Cabins - Douglas Cabin
With the most living area and private ocean views, our Douglas cabin has become the jewel of the bluff! Downstairs boasts a full kitchen and bath, bedroom with a Queen bed and living area with sleeper sofa. Upstairs you can see the span of the Cook Inlet from the loft with 2 Full beds. Pack n Play is available for our youngest travelers.
Located overlooking the Cook Inlet just one mile south of the Anchor Point River and state beach access. Charter boats launch daily from this point for world class Halibut and King Salmon fishing. From the private 5 acre parcel, you can hear the waves roll in while watching sea otters frolic in the waves. There is an outdoor BBQ fully furnished for your stay; just bring your fresh catch to eat! The gazebo offers a great place for outdoor dining and a fire pit perfect for making s`mores while watching bald eagles fly by and moose grazing nearby.
Beautiful volcano views of Augustine, Mt Iliamna, and Mt. Redoubt across the Cook Inlet. Sunsets like nowhere else!

Perfect Hosts and Amazing Views!!
The cabin could not be more perfect! It was clean, the views breathtaking, comfortable and cozy and an easy commute to Homer. The Hosts went above and beyond. I was the Mother of the Bride for my daughters destination wedding. My luggage never made it so I was scrambling to find something to wear. The host made sure I knew all the local shops,etc... They were always quick to respond to all our questions and needs. They even put an iron and steamer in the cabin in case we needed it. Anchor Point also has a nice community fire pit and gazebo we used that was awesome. I highly recommend our host Kevin and Lauren and Anchor Point Cabins. They were AWESOME!!
