Dâabord, le gĂ©rant est restĂ© trĂšs Ă©vasif sur le fait que la cuisine Ă©tait partagĂ©e avec dâautres locataires, comme dans lâannonce, ce nâest pas clair et câest pourtant bien le cas ! Il ne savait pas que nous Ă©tions 8 et quâil fallait ajouter des draps. La douche fuyait dans la cuisine au rez de chaussĂ©e dont le plafond Ă©tait trĂšs endommagĂ©. Les literies sont plus que fatiguĂ©es et grincent. Cuisine mal Ă©quipĂ©e : pas de cafetiĂšre, pas assez de couverts pour 8... La soirĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bruyante jusquâĂ 3 heures du matin au bar juste Ă cĂŽtĂ© de la maison. Et le pire de tout, câest que la propriĂ©taire mâa appelĂ©e en colĂšre de lâOntario pour me dire quâelle nâavait aucune rĂ©servation Ă mon nom. Jâai dĂ» lui envoyer les preuves de la rĂ©servation et du paiement 3 mois plus tĂŽt. De plus, cette propriĂ©taire exige des frais exorbitants pour la 8e personne supplĂ©mentaire (logement pour 7). Et elle ne rĂ©pond pas aux messages, ni son gĂ©rant.
