Lugar de boa energia e calma!

Um espaço bonito e acolhedor. O staff do hotel está de parabéns, equipe super gentil e atenciosa. Café da manhã delicioso com todos os itens preparados na hora. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Uma caminhada curtinha até a praia. O único porém é a pressão do chuveiro, que é fraco e esquenta demais.

Pessima experiência no hotel

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência no hotel. Ao começar com a limpeza de quarto que não acontecia todos os dias. Os funcionários trocavam apenas as toalhas, não arrumava cama , não trocava utensílios utilizados (como copo, xícara) e também demoraram 2 dias para retirar o prato de um jantar que pedi no quarto! Me hospedei em um quarto no qual a telha era de palha! A palha estava toda defasada, causando luz dentro do quarto, além de passarinhos que faziam as fezes. Por duas vezes caiu em cima da cama ( que só foi trocada, quando pedi a recepcao). Quarto extremamente claro, barulhento, impossível de dormir a noite com tranquilidade. Por vezes a luz acabava, mesmo tendo gerador. Foi solicitado a recepção que deixasse o gerador ligado à noite toda. A recepção só atendeu o pedido na noite da virada e mesmo assim a luz acabou durante a noite 2-3x… Chuveiro demorava a vir água quente ( quando vinha), meu namorado tomou banho gelado alguns dias. E para finalizar, o Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, para quem se hospeda longos dias todos os dias a mesma coisa, nem o suco não trocaram! A nota de 9,6 dada ao local não condiz com a condição da propriedade e está bem longe dessa nota.

Hotel confortável

Hotel muito confortável e limpo. Eles capricham em pequenos detalhes. O café da manhã é personalizado, o que faz toda a diferença. Porém, não sei se é problema do hotel ou da região, pois a energia cai toda hora no horário noturno. O hotel possui gerador, porém não é capaz de impedir que os eletrodomésticos desliguem com a queda de energia. Por várias vezes na hora de dormir o ar condicionado liga e desliga, o que atrapalha o sossego.

Paraíso em Icaraizinho de Amontada.

O Hotel é muito tranquilo, bem localizado, com excelente atendimento e lindo. A decoração rústica, de muito bom gosto, fica ainda mais bonita ao lado do verde das plantas. O paisagismo é perfeito. Vale a pena conhecer.
