Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 25 m² studio apartment in Amiens, which was completely refurbished in early 2023 and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room with a sleeping area, a fitted kitchenette, a shower room and a terrace. Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The south-west-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV (Molotov & Netflix), WiFi (fibre optic), sofa, dining area and a sleeping area separated by a glass roof with a double bed (140×190).
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- A private terrace of around 10 m² with furniture (plancha, table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Amiens, close to the city centre, universities and CHU, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Come and discover the House of Jules Vernes and also Notre-Dame d'Amiens, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world.
- Slide into a floating world: The hortillonnages.
- Amiens' lively town centre has all the shops you could wish for, and you can stroll through the Saint-Leu district while sampling the Macarons d'Amiens.

Très bon séjour

Bon séjour dans ce studio très calme et bien équipé malgré un problème de télévision non fonctionnelle mais pris en compte par le propriétaire ! Le stationnement sature facilement autour du logement. Je recommande malgré cela cette location.

Tour du monde en 80 jours "Assez déçue, pas de réelle solution apportée aux problèmes rencontrés 🙂 Logement bien situé, plutôt bien équipé, rue calme, facile de se garer dans la rue 🙁 Logement sal, ménage pas fait correctement (taches marron au sol, tapis de bain sal, présence d’un sous-vêtements dans le logement, certains interrupteurs collent, les robinets collent, taches jaunes dans la douche, draps tachés de moisissure et de taches violettes). Proprietaire ne pouvant rien faire (ni pour le ménage, ni pour les draps) si ce n’est augmenter le chauffage pour palier à l’absence du chauffage d’appoint. J’ai contacté l’agence Book&Pay et 3 personnes différentes (2 qui ne travaillent plus ici mais dont le numéro est toujours dans les documents, et la nouvelle personne en charge des logements) en espérant avoir une solution rapide. Merci à une ancienne concierge qui m’a fourni le numéro du propriétaire afin de lui exposer directement les soucis rencontrés. Bien qu’il y ait des circonstances atténuantes, la moindre des choses au vu de l’état du logement (surtout pour les draps) aurait été de nous dédommager. Mais d’après le propriétaire ce n’est pas possible. La seule chose qu’il puisse faire est de s’occuper de nous lors de notre prochaine réservation pour s’assurer que tout est bien conforme, et de nous faire une remise. J’attends toujours un retour de l’agence Book&Pay sur la situation."

Tour du monde en 80 jours "🙂 L’emplacement est super par rapport aux écoles, étant 2 étudiantes en alternance nous avons seulement 5 min de routes. 🙁 La plus part des équipements présents dans l’établissement sont mal entretenus, la vaisselle est mal faite, le support de serviette est tombé à plusieurs reprise malgré le signalement fait il y a déjà 3 semaines de ça. De plus avec le froid que l’on a eu, les chauffages ne chauffent pas assez. On avait très froid dans l’appartement."
