En mi nombre y en el del resto del grupo he de decir que estuvimos encantados en la casa Gailupa.
Ambiente hogareño y acogedor que invita a estar en la casa. Con todas las comodidades. Se agradece que la casa dispusiera de detalles tales como un poco de aceite, sal, estropajo, etc.
Utilizamos la barbacoa y la chimenea y fueron muy sencillas en el uso y con todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de ello.
Todo estaba muy limpio, con una temperatura muy agradable tanto de noche como de día.
Disponía de información sobre paseos y rutas y también de donde comer.
Alfonso el dueño de la casa nos dio total privacidad.

el pasado finde del 10 abril, estuvimos un grupo de amigos en esta casa y sinceramente es preciosa, mucho gusto en la decoración y exquisita limpieza

Magnífica casa
Hemos estado 8 personas en Septiembre-13 en esta magnífica casa rural con 4 habitaciones dobles con un cuarto de baño en cada habitación en la que no falta un solo detalle, decorada con gran gusto y en un entorno idílico para pasar unos días de paz y sosiego. Está en el valle de Amescua en la sierra de Urbasa y muy cerca del nacedero del río Urederra, con unas aguas cristalinas de color azul turquesa como nunca antes habiámos visto. Altamente recomendable.

Buen entorno y mejor alojamiento
El pueblo, en medio de la Sierra de Urbasa, es fantástico para pasar unos días tranquilos, con un entorno natural sencillamente increíble, destacando el paseo hasta el nacedero del río Urederra. Además, tiene la ventaja de estar bien situado para realizar excursiones a Vitoria, Olite, Pamplona, Logroño, incluso San Sebastián no queda demasiado lejos.
El alojamiento es una casa con 4 habitaciones dobles, cada una con su baño (esto se agradece mucho cuando el número de viajeros es grande, nosotros éramos 8) y un gran salón con chimenea, todo completamente equipado (teníamos hasta raquetas de frontenis para dejarnos el pellejo en el frontón del pueblo).
La logística en el pueblo es complicada, ya que no hay tiendas, pero varios vendedores llevan lo básico varias veces al día. Estella está muy cerca y te puedes aprovisionar cada par de días. Además, ese es uno de los atractivos del turismo rural, estar un poco alejado del mundanal ruido.
Los pueblos vecinos de Zudaire y Eulate ofrecían buenas alternativas para comer en sendos restaurantes muy bien de precio y con menús más que aceptables.
Los quesos de la zona son otro de los atractivos por los que mereció la pena la semana que pasamos allí.
Por último, el dueño se mostró tremendamente amable con nosotros desde el momento en que contactamos con él para hacer la reserva y no tenemos más que palabras de agradecimiento por el magnífico alojamiento que tiene, quizás un poco más caro que otros en la zona, pero sin duda con gran atractivo y comodidad.
Estuvimos en verano y por desgracia fue anormalmente caluroso. No descartamos volver en otra época para disfrutar del otoño o la primavera (el invierno debe ser demasiado "heavy" para gente del sur), cuando sin duda los paisajes de la zona deben resultar aún más increíbles.

Casa ideal
La casa nos pareció genial. Estuvimos un fin de semana en el que hacía mucho frío y cuando llegamos el viernes la calefacción estaba encendida; se estaba genial dentro de la casa. Es muy cómoda, con espacios amplios para las 8 personas que estuvimos y está completamente equipada. Cada habitación tiene un baño con lo que es muy útil. El entorno es muy bonito y el pueblo tranquilísimo. La recomiendo, sin lugara dudas

Llevamos mucho tiempo saliendo de casas rurales y Casa Gailupa nos sorprendió, por su exquisita decoración, y el nacedero del Urederra una pasada. Muy recomendable.

Mejor imposible
He pasado un fin de semana en esta preciosa casa rural. Está recién construida y la verdad es que su dueño (encantador y tranquilo Alfonso) ha hecho un trabajo fantástico en ella. Todo está amueblado con un gusto fantástico que transmite armonía y equilibrio. Además es una casa cómoda y muy muy bien equipada. Dentro del alojamiento disfrutamos mucho con sus amplias estancias y los paseos por la sierra, en particular, el nacedero del Urederra, nos dejaron impactados.
Naturaleza y tranquilidad, verde y blanco, aire puro y olor de leña quemada...
Menudo acierto haber elegido este alojamiento. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda!
