La Rustica is a spacious holiday home located in the ancient village of Vacciago, a small hamlet in the Municipality of Ameno. It has a spectacular view of Lake Orta and the surrounding hills, and offers plenty of tranquility, away from busy roads.
It is arranged on three floors connected by a beautiful marble staircase. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a small bathroom and a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have large terraces overlooking the lake. The beautiful stone courtyard is equipped with a sunshade and a table for outdoor dining. In the garden there is a new in-ground swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 m, height 1.40 m for exclusive use with sun loungers. The pool is sanitized with salt instead of chlorine and is therefore more natural on the skin. Wifi and air conditioning. Reservations are accepted only from families or retired couples (no groups of friends).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
