Le livret d'accueil est parfait. Le studio est : d'une propreté impeccable, équipé comme il faut, décoré avec beaucoup de soin, une literie exceptionnelle, une douche à l'italienne spacieuse, à 2 pas de la cure avec l'ascenseur, 2 trousseaux de clefs à disposition (ce qui est rare aussi), place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue. A signaler également la réactivité au quart de tour de la propriétaire. En résumé de toutes les locations faites jusqu'à présent, c est la 1ère fois où nous sommes dans du mobilier neuf et ça c'est très agréable.
