The real barn, the old one, is the structure that you will still find behind the panoramic swimming pool that you will find by climbing the hill, with a unique panoramic view of the great beauty of Umbria.

Furnished in the classic rustic country style, to reach it the visitor must travel a short stretch of dirt but easily passable road, five minutes away from the center of Fornole, where you can take advantage of all the essential services.

Internally it is spread over two levels connected by a wooden staircase, on the upper floor we find the 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and a room consisting of two single beds, as well as the two bathrooms, one of which with a bathtub.

On the ground floor, however, there is a large living area with kitchen, living room and direct access to the porch, an open panoramic view that offers wonderful views of the valley.

The fulcrum of this holiday home is the swimming pool, it is located in the upper part of the garden, in a dominant position from which you can see an enchanting panorama, also completely furnished with deckchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, and last but not least the presence of a ping pong table and table football.

In the garden there are fruit trees and flowers, the vegetable garden is not to be missed and you will find it in its maximum splendor in the summer months.

The property has no fence, the garden is always well cared for, the swimming pool is cleaned three times every week.
