A few kilometers from Bocca di Magra, on the border between Tuscany and Liguria, is the vacation home “La Sevillana”. Single villa of about 80sqm with 5 beds, private pool and private garden.

From here you can visit the best places in the area, such as the Cinque Terre, Versilia with Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca - or make wonderful excursions to Lunigiana. But Portovenere or Lerici are also a short distance away. You can explore Liguria, as well as northern Tuscany.

This vacation home in Liguria is located at the end of a private road, which is partly unpaved and not suitable for cars that are too low and/or inexperienced drivers. Once you arrive at your destination, walk down the access road to the automatic gate.
Immediately beyond it you are presented within the private garden, two covered parking spaces.

Private garden:
- Private chlorine-purified swimming pool, measuring 6 x 4 meters, 1.40m deep.
- Lawn with olive trees.
- Area around pool with shower, barbecue.
- Veranda with dining table and sitting area for relaxing in the shade.

Internally, the vacation house in Ameglia is composed as follows:
- Living room with two-seater sofa bed, TV, pellet stove, air conditioning, dining table.
- Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, oven/freezer, coffee maker.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.
- Second bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
- Master bedroom with small closet room, TV and door to outside, air conditioning.
- Small bedroom with single sofa bed and desk.
- Utility room with washing machine.

The vacation rental house has WiFi Internet connection and pets are welcome.
Upon arrival you will have the first supply of bed linen, towels and pool towels, 2 bicycles to discover the area.
