Modern neuwertig und schön eingerichtetes Apartment, Maisonette mit steiler Treppe, Treppenhaus grenzwertig eng, steil, zu geringe Kopfhöhe. Belebte Nachbarschaftsbar gegenüber.
Lageangabe auf Karte stimmt nicht mit Realität überein.
