Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had all kitchen amenities. Our Apartment was very clean and spacious . There is an indoor pool that was warm and it can also be like a Jacuzzi. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay. The resort offers free allocated parking. It was a very peaceful quiet place. The staff where absolutely fantastic. I can honestly say I cannot fault this place. We had a fantastic stay as a family and I highly recommend it for anyone going to the Lake District. It is in an absolutely great Central location to all the major attractions in the Lakes.
