Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage nicht weit vom Strand

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut gepflegt, was uns sofort positiv aufgefallen ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft: Ruhig und idyllisch, ideal für Spaziergänge und entspannte Tage. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass der Strand nicht weit entfernt war.An Silvester war es zudem besonders ruhig, was für uns und unseren Hund perfekt war und wir so den Jahreswechsel in aller Ruhe genießen konnten. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass es bei unserer Ankunft im Haus ziemlich kalt war, sodass wir erst einmal Feuerholz besorgen mussten, um das Haus richtig warm zu bekommen. Aber das war letztlich kein allzu großes Problem.Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Super ruhig und abgelegen.

Wir sind mit dem Urlaub super zufrieden. Eine schöne ruhige Lage, die man aber auch mögen muss. In 15 minuten ist man an allen wichtigen Orten. Baden in der Ostsee in Rerik oder am Salzhaff möglich. Unterkunft ist super. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären noch wünschenswert. Eine Kaffemaschine sowie Mirkowelle ist auch nicht vorhanden. Da kann man sich aber anpassen. Alles in allem war es Klasse. Daumen hoch.

Entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen, Schick, ist nicht gleich praktisch, Dusche und Sofa.... Für das Angebot zu teuer.... Die Heizung konnte nicht angemacht werden, bei 12/13 Grad morgens. Küche fehlen auch praktische Sachen z B ein Tablet und keine Fliegenklatsche, kein Fliegengitter an der Eingangstür. Oder an dem Badezimmerfenster....Bienennest obendrüber ! Im Schlafzimmerschrank waren 3 Bügel!! Wir waren 14 Tage da...also mussten noch welche zugekauft werden..... Von der Wohnzimmerseite sehr laut, wenn die Traktoren, Motorräder, Wohnmobile vorbei fahren.....es sollte eigentlich 30 gefahren werden. Es fehlt insgesamt etwas Gemütlichkeit, wenn man seinen Jahresurlaub da verbringt. Übrigens ein Wäscheständer wäre auch sehr sinnvoll, denn bei Regen keine Möglichkeit die Duschhandtücher zu trocknen. Und im feuchten,kalten Bad funktioniert es auch nicht. Frau Lambrecht hatte einige Einwände, das Bad zu beheizen. Kein nettes entgegenkommen. Es wurde dann noch gemacht, dauerte aber 3 Tage bis die Wärme etwas ankam.... Mit frdl. Klein Strömkendorf - Atmosphäre Lost Place

Ein verwahrloster Garten, in dem Tausende von Stechmücken wohnen, machten einen Aufenthalt im Freien unmöglich. Schon der Weg vom Auto zur Haustür war eine Herausforderung. Jeder von uns hatte schon am Anreisetag unzählige Mückenstiche. Im Haus gab es kein einziges Fliegengitter, so dass wir gezwungen waren, alle Fenster geschlossen zu halten. Das Haus war innen schön renoviert, aber nicht fertig. Die Türen klemmten, Schlafzimmertür konnte nicht zugemacht werden, Badezimmer nicht abgeschlossen werden. Im Wohnzimmer fehlte eine Leselampe, in der Küche eine Lampe über Spüle und Herd und eine Dunstabzugshaube. Für diesen trostlosen Ort ohne Strand ist der Preis geradezu unverschämt.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Es war alles so wie im Inserat angegeben. Der Ort war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Im Ort selber kann man nicht viel unternehmen. Dafür hat uns der wenig entfernte Ort Rerik sehr gut gefallen. Für unsere Hunde war es sehr entspannt. Der große Garten war ideal für Kinder und Hunde. An der Innenausstattung des Ferienhauses gab es nichts auszusetzen. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war außerordentlich freundlich und unkompliziert.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind Küche und Bad. Alles vorhanden, was man im Haushalt braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, relativ kurze Wege nach Wismar , Kühlungsborn oder Rerik. Der Ort selber ist sehr ruhig, bei insgesamt mittlerweile 30 Einwohnern kein Wunder. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt , haben gegrillt , Drachen steigen lassen im riesigen Garten und draußen gefrühstückt..Gerne blicken wir auf einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub zurück.

Erholung

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind perfekt zum Erholen. Besonders mit Hund ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil. Man hat dort Ruhe, nach den Ausflügen. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder buchen.
