Our advanced reservations were not initially recognized not til I went back to the office and pressed the issue. Our room was ok,but sink pop up and shower head bracket were broken and toilet seat was nearly falling off. Power supply for refer,microwave and coffee maker were inadequate. Had to remove microwave cord fron outlet in order to plug in coffee maker. Not a very well managed property.

It was not the property they gave away our room/reservation to someone else and we had to get accommodations at a different location for a higher rate. So it was very disappointing
