You'll love spending time on the porch. Enjoy gathering in the lower-level walk-out family room which opens to the patio and offers a fantastic wet bar. Our beautiful Lakes Region is an amazing destination in all 4 seasons, including a great place to enjoy our local ski mountain at Gunstock Resort. Bank of NH Music Pavilion is nearby, as well as all that the Lakes Region has to offer. Sheets and bath towels are included with this rental. Please note that the maximum occupancy of 10, including children, is strictly enforced. Overcrowding will result in eviction from the property without refund. The is ample parking. At Owner discretion, exterior cameras may be in place now or in the future.
