Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy private, neighborhood beach access to Hills Pond and Sunset Lake or go play on the big lake (Winnipesaukee) in town. Hiking trails galore around and close to Gunstock mountain for winter skiing. Boat launch is available for anyone who wants to bring their own boat.

New to 2022! We have two, single person kayaks for guest use.

Quiet hidden gem near the lake

Neighborhood was very quiet yet in close proximity to the beach. Very comfortable beds and furniture, new washer & drier, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Our family was very blessed and grateful for this vacation! Mary was great to work with and this was one of the best VRBO rental experiences we've ever had thank you very much! Brian & Linda

We had seven adults staying in the home and it accommodated us just fine. A few people enjoyed going out in the kayaks and hiking in the area which was very nice. All in all very nice home. Dealing with Mary was very nice. She was very accommodating as well! We would definitely stay there again
