"I made a mistake! We booked a classic room, (about $135usd) and it had no window and no air conditioning. I asked for a fan, but they don’t have any. The stair and hallway have motion sensor lights, and many people leave early in the morning for salt flats, so between 430 and 5am, every time someone passed our room, the hallway lights went on. The windows to the hallway, don’t have very good blinds and it lit up the room each time. On all the previous hotel states, they offered two bottles of complementary water. But they only had water for sale in the fridge. The bed was comfortable, but I did not sleep well, given how hot the room was. It was cold outside, but no ventilation to the room. The property does not have an elevator, but the staff will help carry the bags up the stairs. We arrived later in the evening so we had dinner at the hotel. The food was OK, but it took over an hour to get our burger and chicken.
The breakfast was fine, and the staff were very good and polite.
If you like to sleep in a cool room, I cannot recommend booking a classic room in this hotel. "
