Renovated in 2021, the loft-style flat comprises a single large room with full air conditioning.
Ideal for a couple, but also suitable for a family with 2 young children.
On the first floor, there is a living and dining area with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
The sleeping area is on the mezzanine with a 160 cm bed, as is the bathroom with bath and toilet.
Secure private parking for 1 vehicle.

## Access

All outdoor spaces are shared between the owners and travellers in the different rental areas.
Access to the 6,000m² grounds and the secure 4x8 m swimming pool.
The vast grounds offer a variety of places to relax and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of the countryside, to share meals and moments of relaxation, but also facilities for outdoor entertainment (petanque pitch, volleyball-badminton, table tennis, table football).
On the estate, we have a wellness area with jacuzzi, reserved for adults, available on reservation - massage services can also be booked. (For jacuzzi and massage rates, please contact us).
