Very dissapointed. Feels like I've been cheated

Very dissapointed. Paid about €200 for a night, booked one family room, and got two separate rooms. There was no complimentary shower gel, no soap in one of the room, no bottles of water. Taps in sinks, bath and shower had not much pressure. TV in one room didn't work. Breakfast very poor and limited. Came by 9pm with 3 little hungry kids and the restaurant was already closed. Nice and huge bath in one of the room, like a little swimming pool.

Beyond rude receptionist

We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left. The angry receptionist really caught us by surprise, we have been to germany 6-7 times and this was our first encounter with a rude german.

Das Hotel hat einen Fahrstuhl, was bei Hotels dieser Kategorie in MV nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Inhaber sind freundlich und bieten Unterstützung an. Leider ist das Restaurant im Hotel geschlossen, was vorab nicht ersichtlich war. Die Schließkarten für Eingangs- und Zimmertür funktionieren nur mit gutem Zureden. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis stimmt insgesamt aus meiner Sicht nicht.
