All the equipment corresponds to the 4 star standard apartments.
The house is located in Schwarbe settlement, a district of Altenkirchen on Rügen. The complex consists of six former Holstein farms with thatched roofs. The settlement is surrounded by nature, between fields and meadows. Walk along the trail and through the forest to reach Schwarbe in 10 min walk to the Baltic Sea. The sandy beach of Bakenberg and the north beach are both about 3 km.
The cottage settlement Schwarbe 2 is a completely and lovingly renovated old farmhouse in a small conservation farmhouse settlement. It is able to combine the cozy atmosphere of an old farmhouse with modern facilities and comforts.
Schwarbe settlement is harmoniously integrated with unique flora and fauna in a fascinating and beautiful landscape. Here families find rest and relaxation, but also nature lovers and individualists come at their expense.
The house is located on a 7000 sqm and open property with meadow, trees, shrubs and flower beds. The apartments on the ground floor of a terrace at the house that apartments upstairs spacious sitting areas on the spacious grounds. Der Weg dahin ist sehr weit. Die Wege dorthin laden allerdings zum schnell fahren ein. Die Wohnung war hübsch, lüften ist aber nahezu nicht möglich.

Wir haben mit dieser Wohnung einen Volltreffer gelandet. Das in einem großen Park gelegene Haus hat mehrere Wohnungen. Unsere war zwar klein, aber für 2 Personen durchaus ausreichend. Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Lage im Norden der Halbinsel Wittow nahezu ideal, wie sich im Laufe der Zeit herausgestellt hat (Kap Arkona, Hiddensee, Schaabe, Jasmund...). Können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Uns hat die Wohnung für unseren Kurzurlaub sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Wohnung klein aber fein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und und dem Hauswartpaar ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Außerdem gut: Keine versteckten Kosten. KW

Im Winter absolute Ruhe

Nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Matratzen in den Betten zu weich. Beleuchtung im Winter nicht ideal, auch ein kleiner Schreibtisch wäre schön. Schade, dass es keine Bademöglichkeit gab (Therme hatte geschlossen), sonst wäre der Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe perfekt gewesen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub über Silvester

Die zwei Personen Wohnung war super für alles ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider konnten wir die Sauna nicht nutzen, da diese zu diesem Zeitpunkt kaputt war. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar neben einem Sand- und Steinstrand. Perfekt für kleine Spaziergänge ist auch der nahe liegende Wald. Alles in allem ein super erholsamer Kurzurlaub, jedoch wären es mit der Sauna fünf Sterne geworden.
