This holiday home sits on a 900 m² south-facing plot with fascinating, open views of international ships passing by on the Kiel Canal. The living area is 150 m², fully refurbished, and accommodates up to 5 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dining area for 8.



On the entrance floor, you’ll find a guest WC, wardrobe, hallway, and two adjoining living rooms. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to three bedrooms and a bathroom, and downstairs to the kitchen, a shower room, and another bedroom. From the kitchen, you access the large south-facing terrace with an electric awning, beach chair, garden furniture for 8, and a modern grill.



The large garden features play equipment and a football goal for children. Two parking spaces are available on the property.



Knoop, a district of Altenholz on the edge of Kiel, is known for its rural estates and the natural landscape of the Old Eider Canal. Altenholz and nearby Kiel-Holtenau offer excellent infrastructure with all essential shops and services. Both the Kiel Fjord and the Baltic Sea’s beaches are just a short drive away. From all south-facing rooms and the terrace, you enjoy unobstructed views of international canal traffic.
