Una maravillosa experiencia. El hotel es precioso y muy tranquilo y sus empleados hacen que te sientas verdaderamente atendido. El gimnasio fue mi parte favorita por sus máquinas de alta calidad, todo impecable y un entrenador siempre dispuesto a ayudarme. En el restaurante todo fue excelente. Me fue difícil creer que todos los platos que probé eran saludables, pero cuando bajó el nutricionista a explicarme sus propiedades quedé convencido. Nunca pasé hambre. Tuve también una sesión de diagnóstico de salud y bienestar en la clínica y me pareció muy completa. También tuve la oportunidad de visitar rápidamente la Finca Althaya que es enorme, con un montón de diferentes árboles frutales y vegetales. Incluso tienen un espacio dónde practicar yoga. Me fascinó ver cómo todo en ZEM está conectado con el ambiente mediterráneo y lo combina de una forma muy humana con todos sus servicios de clínica y bienestar.
