PLEASANT VILLA FOR RENTAL IN ALTEA (COSTA BLANCA) with private swimming pool suitable for up to 6 people.



LAYOUT: the Mediterranean style villa with Arabic touches in the outdoor area, is spread over two floors communicated by an internal staircase. The access to the property is through the ground floor. There is a small reception area, three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and a bright bathroom with shower. The upper floor is open-plan where there are various areas. A spacious sitting room with a chimney, air conditioning and access to a fully equipped kitchen, next to it, is the lounge. There is also a morning room with a small kitchen, ideal for breakfast and with access to a terrace for sunbathing.



EXTERIOR: the villa is located in beautiful surroundings with stunning views over Sierra Bernia. There are parking spaces for 2 cars on the plot and the villa is surrounded by a pine forest and different bushes giving privacy and charm. The terrace on the ground floor has views looking over the island of Altea. It also has an illuminated swimming pool, great during the summer nights. Next to this terrace, there is a covered dining room and an outdoor kitchen where one can enjoy superb sunsets and beautiful evenings of this area. There is also a built-in BBQ to enjoy paellas and grills.



LOCATION: It is in an exceptional location between the towns of Calpe and Altea and has excellent connections to the AP-7 motorway.The property is 6 minutes by car to the Altea beaches. This area boasts very good restaurants by the sea and places where water sports can be practised. Approximately a 10 minutes car journey will take you to the centre of Altea where many restaurants can be found. Calpe is about 15 minutes by car where one can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and all holiday activities.

Everything we needed was provided, sitting by the pool was relaxing with the views that were stunning. Great time family bonding as we do every year. Felt safe in the area we were in. Would recommend this Villa.

Würden wieder kommen. Die Villa war für 4 Personen ausreichend groß, mit 6 wäre es eng geworden, grade draußen am Tisch. Es wäre weniger ärgerlich, wenn beim buchen schon einwandfrei verständlich stehen würde, das es kein Bettzeug oder Handtücher im Haus gibt. Wir haben dann für 122 Euro mietkosten alles bekommen. Das war nicht einkalkuliert. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa La Galera.
