Three-story bungalow for rent in the luxury Villa Gadea residential complex by the sea in Altea. The complex features 10 communal pools, beautiful gardens, 24-hour private security, and direct access to the sea. Only 3 km from the center of Altea and all its services.



The house has three floors. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room with direct access to a large terrace—partly covered, partly open—a separate kitchen, guest toilet, and laundry room. Imagine enjoying dinner on the terrace while admiring views of the sea and Altea Island. The bungalow also has direct access to a lovely communal pool, shared with only six other bungalows. Just 100 meters away, there is direct access to a quiet beach.



Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), with two bedrooms each having their own terrace. The master bedroom offers stunning views of the sea and Altea Island. On the top floor, there is a fourth bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace with impressive views. The property features luxury finishes with the best materials, underfloor heating, central air conditioning, Italian marble floors, and all amenities for a comfortable stay.
