Villa Esmeralda has panoramic views towards the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Sierra de Bernia Mountains on the opposite side. The large plot of 1500 m2 includes an amazing private pool, a large garden, a barbecue area and a broad private parking with a capacity of 5 cars or more.
The villa is composed of two independent houses . House 1 has a capacity of 6 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. House 2 has a capacity of 4 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. A folding bed can be added to each house if required. Each house has an open-air terrace with views over the garden, the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains. The two houses share the garden, the parking, the barbecue area and the swimming pool area.

A fantastic house, location and view
We stayed three families (11 persons) in this modern and well equipped house on the hillside of Altea. The house plan allowed for privacy, but at the same time have social spaces. Suits a bit older kids, giving them their own spaces. The garden is fantastic with colorful flowers, a big pool, and multiple areas and terraces where you can do everything from chill out in the shadow and sunbath, to having dinner. From the house, you have a 360 view over Altea and all the way to Benidorm. The front terrace provides a spectacular place for family dinners with a view over the valley, mountains, and the Mediterranean.

Prachtige locatie mooi, uitzicht vanuit de terrassen, goed zwembad
Huis met prachtig uitzicht, goede locatie om Altea, Calpe en nog meer plaatsen te bezoeken. Lekker rustig in de tuin om te genieten bij het zwembad. Zwembad ook een laag gedeelte geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Huis schoon en alle slaapkamers een eigen badkamer. Keuken modern met grote ijskast.
