Built on a plot of 1,100 m. Southeast facing and with beautiful views of the bay, it has a private pool with a trampoline, gardens and cozy terraces in the sun and shade, sun loungers, hammocks, summer gazebo, it is fully equipped (with a maximum capacity of 12 people staying in sofa bed or extra beds), distributed over two floors, allows its enjoyment for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 people, it has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate laundry, fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace , air conditioning in common areas, barbecue with wood oven, TV in several languages, satellite dish, free wifi, parking for vehicles, fenced plot with great privacy and special enclosure for pets.
