Panoramic views of the sea and mountains, the bay of Altea, Albir and Benidorm. A stone's throw from a splendid hiking trail that will help you discover the Sierra Bernia. It consists of a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Land of 4000m2, private swimming pool, terraces, garage and parking for several cars. 5 minutes from the town of Altea la Vieja, 10 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from Golf Don Cayo. Several restaurants 5 minutes by car in the town of Altea La Vieja, traditional Spanish cuisine, pizzeria, bars, etc. La Olla beach is very easy to access, 7 minutes by car from the house, with its charming waterfront restaurants.
