Beautiful villa and welcoming host

We just got back from our family holiday and we absolutely loved it. Although the villa is quite far from everything and you need a car, at the same time it is breathtaking and equipped with everything you need. At times you feel like you do not need to go anywhere. Also Giuseppe our host was extremely welcoming and helpful. We would recommend it to every family wanting a relaxing holiday full of beautiful memories

Fantastic Property

Communications with Giuseppe were fantastic from day one. Once we had booked the flights I gave him the details and a rough time we would arrive. Giuseppe was there waiting for us, explained everything and we were on our way. Property will take 10 people plus an infant but I imagine is could be quite tight if the weather was poor even though there are 3 good sized bathrooms and four good sized bedrooms. However this was not an issue for us with 5 people. Swimming pool is fantastic. Deep end about 8 ft deep and much larger than most private pools. Grounds are safe and great for children. All in all fantastic villa, good location in a very secure compound with locking solid gates.

Siciliansk dejligste villa

Vi har aldrig boet i en dejligere villa. Alt fungerede og var super rent. Poolen var skøn og perfekt både til leg for børn der er ved at lære at svømme samt for voksne. Udlejer er den sødeste og venligst mand, der kommer og ser til at poolen forbliver perfekt og hjælper med alverdens andre ting. Vi vil med glæde vende tilbage en anden gang.

Super sympathischer, engagierter Vermieter mit vollem Kühlschrank!

Super engagierter Vermieter mit sensationell gefülltem Kühlschrank: Burger pads, Huhn, Bier, Wein, Nudeln, Brot, Wasser, Gemüse...haben wir so noch nicht erlebt! Grundstück und Pool (geschätzt 12x6m) groß. Pool war zu Beginn noch ausreichend warm(ca 22 Grad), jedoch aufgrund der Wetterlage zum Schluss unter 20 Grad. Bei Sonnenschein war es auch Mitte Oktober noch warm genug zum Sonnenbaden. Der Wohn- Essraum ist geräumig mit Blick auf Pool und Garten. Fazit: Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, Schöner Pool und Garten. Lichter und geräumiger Wohn- Essraum. Nicht alle Matratzen waren weich. 1 Dusche zu eng, wir haben die schöne en Suite geteilt. Klimaanlagen der Rückwärtigen 3 Zimmer zu laut bei geöffneten Fenstern. Die beiden Superstrände in der Umgebung, Mondello und Zephalu> 30 min entfernt. Wlan ist ausreichend zum streamen, TV nur analog und alt. Tip an den Vermieter, der uns beim Poolservice mit Köstlichkeiten vom Bäcker verwöhnt hat: die Panoramascheiben putzen, die waren richtig dreckig. Obwohl das Grundstück geschlossen war und sicher wirkte, konnte man ein Schiebefenster im Wohnraum nicht abschliessen und die rückwärtige Tür hatte kein Schloss. Der Schlafbereich konnte jedoch separat verschlossen werden! Kurios: das Dreibettzimmer mit Etagenbetten hat ein Fenster, das in den Wohnraum öffnet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Danke an die netten Vermieter. H.

Es war ok

Leider nicht so wie erwartet. Villa max. 3 Sterne. Nicht ganz sauber (Küche, Bad, Fenster). In Zweite Woche Pool wurde kein einziges mal sauber gemacht also das Wasser war schön grün. Überall muss man mit Auto fahren (auch zum Meer). Zweite Woche hat geregnet - wir haben in Wohnzimmer Wasser gehabt. Haus Inhaber war sehr nett, trotzdem nicht empfehlenswert. Leider.

Wir wollten nicht nach Hause

Es war genau wie beschrieben, nur der Pool war noch schöner und größer als auf den Fotos! Die Vermieter sind bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zur Stelle und jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Einzige was vielleicht verbessert werden könnte, ein paar Gläser mehr, ein paar Trinkbecher aus Kunststoff für den Pool und ein bisschen mehr Besteck! Ansonsten ist dieses Haus zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen.
