El check in y la tarjeta de la habitación es super práctico, todo virtual. La habitación y baño limpios y ordenados. La cama bien. Hay parking fuera del hotel, puntazo a favor. Buena calefacción. En general, tiene todo lo básico para descansar.

Pas de réception à l'hôtel et le système de réception électronique ne nous a pas identifiés. La communication par interphone est difficile puisque la personne ne semble comprendre que le Portugais. Nous avons récupéré la clé au bar à côté car des habitués du coin nous on donné l'information (aucune indication écrite en Français). Donc pas très bien organisé tout ça.

Presque parfait pour notre séjour

Chambre très chaude à notre arrivée. Nous avons dormis avec la fenêtre ouverte et le bruit de la route a été présent. Dommage. Sinon, personnel très professionnel et serviable.

Volvería a pasar por este hotel. Me pareció genial que tuvieran una máquina para registrarse a la llegada pero no encontrabamos el número de la reserva y tardamos un montón en poder registrarnos. Picamos al timbre cuando llegamos y no nos oían nada, tanto que acabamos enfadandonos porque nos parecía un incordio que si el de recepción está a en la primera planta no bajara a atendernos en persona porque "hasta tal hora no estamos". Si estáis, nos estás hablando y no nos oyes... luego fue a buscarnos a la habitación. A mí no me gusta que nadie venga a molestarme a la habitación del hotel. Estabas y no quisiste bajar pues ahora no vengas a incordiar... Libró que no estábamos en la habitación porque sintiéndolo mucho mi reacción no iba a ser buena... Tiene mucho aparcamiento al rededor, acceso directo a la autopista, bar y supermercado justo debajo y enfrente una gasolinera, está muy bien ubicado si vas, como en nuestro caso, de paso. Me encantó de la habitación que fuera amplia, con sofá y nevera, siempre se agradece la nevera. Lo que no me gustó es que las cortinas no cubrían bien las ventanas y por la mañana entraba mucha luz. La limpieza podría mejorar un poco pero teniendo en cuenta que suelen tener 10 o 15 minutos para hacer cada habitación estaba bien. Alguna tela de araña que llevaba tiempo allí y la tabla donde va la tele, esa tabla sí necesita una pasada de bayeta y la funda del sofá tenía un gran manchurron pero insisto que con el tiempo que tienen mucho hacen ya...

Pago adicional a lo contratado una vez allá, sobre coste Estancia muy ruidosa, mal aislamiento acústico y térmico tanto por dentro como por fuera del edificio (ventanas de un solo cristal) Mala gestión de los servicios, los de la limpieza entraron por la mañana a la habitación sin avisar Humedades en el baño

Según para qué un poco incómodo el hecho de no tener recepción. Pedimos supletoria pero la habitación era muy pequeña para añadir una cama más y la nueva "cama" era más un sofá.

Ervaringen hotel

Aan de ontvangst heeft het niet gelegen. Kan geen mening geven over het hele hotel. Zag er wel schoon en netjes uit. Echter de accommodatie ? Dat was maar matig. Geen stoel om op te zitten. Matras was goed. Kussen te hard. Geen dekbed maar een laken. Oude deken waarmee je het kon doen. Doche zag er oud en versleten uit. De prijs was dan ook te goedkoop om aan onze wensen te voldoen. Daarmee steken we de hand in eigen boezem. We kwamen uren te laat aan. Maar werden toch nog vriendelijk ontvangen.

Hostal de carretera a las afueras de Alsasua

Es un hotel de carretera. El chek-in es a traves de un codigo si lo haces con Booking y en la cafetería de al lado, si lo haces a través de otra aplicación. A la entrada hay una máquina de vending, y un microondas (que son un detalle). Pero la calefacción no funcionaba y pocas mantas y ropa de invierno. Cama dura y almohada muy alta y dura. No es nada acogedor.
