This was a very nice hotel in a good location of Strasbourg. 5-10 minute walk to old town. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly for the most part. With the exception of one of the front desk staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi worked well. There was a grocery store right next to the hotel which was nice for picking up food for excursions out of the city. Parking is close to the hotel, but was not cheap.

Across the street from train station, walking distance to city center for sightseeing and shopping. Boutique hotel style, with restaurant and bar. Nice was spacious, bedding was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

The fire alarm went off at 2 AM and the building was evacuated. My problem was there was no staff directing people where to go and what to do. There were no emergency vehicles at the scene. At the end they let the people go back to their rooms. There was no explanation as to what happened. The staff has to be trained in emergency services.

Nice hotel, very charming old world flavor. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. I stay here every time I visit Strasbourg.
