Private: property 600 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. 500 m long steep, narrow motor access. Parking at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Estación de autobuses Almuñécar" 8 km, sandy beach 8 km. Sports harbour 15 km, golf course 30 km. Nearby attractions: Frigiliana, Nerja, Granada, Acnntilados de Maro, Alhambra de Granada, Almuñecar. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada.
