Welcome to this soulful house in the beautiful coastal village of La Herradura. Located in the upper part of town, this renovated old home blends traditional Andalusian charm with comfortable, cool spaces full of character.



The house offers 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a living-dining room, and a lovely interior patio. It’s an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a peaceful stay near the sea.



The highlight is the spacious private rooftop terrace—a beautiful outdoor area perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle: barbecue, table with 6 chairs, chill-out area, toilet, and views of the sea and mountains. Before reaching the terrace, there’s a lounge/games area ideal for relaxing, reading, or spending time together.



Please note: the terrace has a low wall, so extra caution is required, especially if you’re traveling with children. Children must always be supervised in this area.



The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. The house sits in an elevated part of the village and is not directly accessible by car, so you’ll need to climb several stairs to reach it. But the effort is worth it: at the top, a peaceful, special house awaits, with a terrace for sunny breakfasts, sunset dinners, and unforgettable summer nights.
