Spacious townhouse in a charming, private complex, about 3 km from Almuñécar and the iconic Tesorillo beach. A picturesque palm-lined promenade leads you to Velilla beach. To fully enjoy your stay, we recommend having a car. Located on an elevated area, the property offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.



The house is spread over split levels (with stairs). It features 3 bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 cot), 2 full bathrooms with shower and bathtub, and 1 guest toilet. On the main floor, you’ll find a living room with TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), and a terrace with magnificent sea and mountain views. The entire house has heating and air conditioning.
