If you want to experience the real Spain, this is the place to be! This wonderful rustic Spanish house combines comfort and modern conveniences with the rusticity of living in the middle of a traditional and authentic Spanish village. The whole house and pool area has been recently renovated, including new appliances in the kitchen, and air conditioning units in the bedrooms.The house is a short walk to the beach as well as the many bars, restaurants, and amenities of La Herradura. The house boasts 4 lovely bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor together with a bathroom on each floor.The ground floor also has a lovely fully fitted kitchen leading out to a small courtyard perfect for dining and then steps up to the private walled swimming pool and surrounding terrace.Up the stairs from the kitchen you will find a very large living/dining room with folding glass doors that can be opened to enjoy the views across La Herradura.The house also has a very large top terrace ideal for catching the rays of the warm sun or lying around reading a good book!The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and fast wifi, together with a Smart Tv with Netflix, Google and other apps.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
