This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space in addition to the 2 bedrooms. The home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and settle in, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and full kitchen utensils. Outside, enjoy the backyard with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, and free WiFi are all included. Looking for more space? Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is about 17 minutes away. The home has quick, easy access to both I-29 and I-35, making it simple to reach downtown, area stadiums and venues, or get back on the highway to continue your trip. Free parking and street parking are both available on-site.

GUEST INTERACTION

We aim to give guests privacy and space during their stay, but we`re just a message away if you need anything — we typically respond quickly and are happy to help with local recommendations or anything that comes up.

There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking or Vaping Inside, NO PARTIES. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the house during quiet hours.
Quiet hours is a strictly held policy if we receive noise complaints after 10pm your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
